Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer cancellations up to 1 hour before the scheduled service. In the event of a program change or cancellation, all registrants will be notified by email, phone, or mail and offered a full refund. We will investigate any and all concerns/complaints within 14 business days.

Advance payments

We may ask you to provide an advance payment on any purchase made of the services and digital products offered on our Website. An advance payment is a partial payment of the total purchase price that will help pay for our actual expenses while providing the services and products.
